"R.V Dimond", now trading (following a change of name) as "Diamond's Property Consultancy" was established in 1919 by the Dimond family and was purchased in 1972 by Stuart Rowan and Frank Egan - joint ownership continued until 1979 when Frank decided to 'go it alone' by establishing his own company which became known as Egan National Valuers. To this day however, Stuart has continued as the company's principal, a period approaching 45 years.

Diamonds enjoys an enviable reputation, which it preserves through the ongoing care of its clients and by consistently maintaining a high quality professional valuation and advisory service to industry and commerce throughout Australia. Diamond's valuers are members of the Australian Property Institute (API). Accordingly, Diamonds adheres to the API's code of ethics, rules of conduct, valuation standards and guidelines; importantly also, Diamond's valuations comply with the International Valuation Standards (IVS), jointly adopted by the API and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
